Job Description - Radiology Program Coordinator I

Radiology Program Coordinator I Location Boston, MA (Mission Hill area) :

The Program Coordinator I will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating activities and daily operations of a program.
  • May be preparing or assisting in the preparation of proposals for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors.
  • Conferring with staff and others to provide technical advice, providing problem-solving assistance, and answering questions about the program and its goals. Referring inquiries to others as needed.
  • May be preparing or assisting in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
  • May be reviewing applications or other program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or making decisions pertaining to the program.
  • May be assisting in the coordination of recruitment efforts.
  • Drafting written communication and promotional literature.
  • May be assisting in planning workshops, meetings, or conferences; coordinating logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
  • Interacting and maintaining liaison with staff, faculty, and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.
Schedule: M-F 9:00AM-5:30PM Hybrid (3 days in office weekly)

To qualify, you must have:

  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy, both orally and in writing
  • The ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.
