We are looking for a strong Recruiter – Home Services in the Denver, Colorado area with a proven history of recruiting skill trade professionals. This opportunity will give you the chance to make a positive impact on a growing team!  Recruiter – Home Services Responsibilities: 

• Manage recruitment efforts for skilled trade roles including plumbers, HVAC technicians, installers and apprentice electricians for multiple locations 
• Attending job fairs locally and in surrounding areas to attract top talent 
• Conduct quarterly on-site visits to ensure operational effectiveness and address any staffing needs 
• Coordinate training sessions for new hires 
• Collaborate with hiring managers 
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to engage with potential candidates, including persistent follow-up to establish communication 
• Adapt to changing processes and systems, such as transitioning from paper-based to digital background checks and implementing new business management software 

• Previous experience in maintenance, skilled trades or a related field is preferred 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences 
• Comfortable with phone outreach and proactive in building relationships with candidates 
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving processes and business needs
