Recruiter (Internal)

GC Associates USA requires a Recruiter who will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting and directly support administration as well as other HR operations. The Recruiter will work closely with the HR Director and team to provide support as needed on highly confidential human resource matters and special projects.

• Directly support all phases of the recruiting process and orientation of new hires. Review and conduct resume searches for candidates.
• Must have experience with using Indeed and Applicant PRO for employers.
• Assist with onboarding and out-processing of employees.
• Understand and coordinate security clearance requirements for candidates as required.
• Experience with government security clearance processing (highly desired).
• Experience with additional HR platforms such as ADP and Deltek Costpoint.
• Additionally, the Recruiter will provide direct support on HR projects and operations as required and directed.

Education and Experience Requirements: Must have a bachelor's degree. Must be able to work well with team with integrity, confidentiality, and a high level of interpersonal interaction abilities. Must be an effective communicator. Must be able to work remotely, must be highly skilled with computer applications such as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe, and on-line services. Must be computer savvy.
