We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Finance Recruiter to join our team on a 40% commission basis. This role offers flexibility, creativity, and ample opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in finance recruiting, possessing excellent communication skills and a knack for building lasting partnerships. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Foster connections with hiring managers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Implement innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the Senior HR Recruiter. Qualifications:
