Role Overview: We're on the lookout for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team for a six-month term. In this role, you'll be entrusted with managing financial transactions, from invoicing to reconciliation. Responsibilities: Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and distribute invoices to clients.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Maintain precise records of financial transactions.
Conduct data entry tasks using accounting software.
Support audits and tax preparations.
Generate financial reports as required.
Address customer billing inquiries and manage collections.
Requirements: Prior experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable or similar roles.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly NetSuite.
Strong grasp of journal entries and general accounting principles.
Previous data entry experience is preferred.
Familiarity with public accounting is a bonus.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
