12674 – Asset Management Administrator (100% onsite) – Ocoee, FL Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: (100% on Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client ) Required:
•Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Ocoee, FL (required);
• Business experience in asset management, procurement, finance or related experience (0-1+)
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds;
• Travel may be required – up to 25%. Preferred:
•Governmental experience Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Assist with the monitoring and tracking of inventory for the Information Technology Cost Center
• Assist with procurements of on-hand IT hardware supplies.
• Performs regularly scheduled audits for hardware in Boca, Pompano and HQ locations.
• Participate in team projects and assignments that range in size, complexity, and contract duration
• Attends and participates in OIT Staff Meetings, Operations Team Meetings, and other meetings as directed
• Responsible for reading, adhering to, and enforcing Department’s Procedures and Policies
