Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficient and effective performance. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Recruit, train, and coach call center staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. 5. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure customer interactions meet company standards. 6. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the organization. 8. Develop and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. 9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center staff to promote growth and development. 10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management or a related role. 3. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding call center performance metrics. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficient in using call center software and tools. 8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically. 9. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global team. 10. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
