As a Barclays Client Onboarding Analyst, you will get an exciting opportunity to provide global support through single point of contact for agent trading client on-boarding requests and queries. You will be part of a team which is accountable for proactively sourcing and collating information that expedites the completion of Know-Your-Client (KYC), Credit and Legal due diligence, as well as processing to meet regulatory requirements (e.g. Dodd-Frank).

What will you be doing?

•    Facilitating onboarding of funds for various Asset Managers
•    Recognizing client’s requirements of which products they are looking to trade and manage the E2E Onboarding process 
•    Developing client relationships throughout the onboarding process by providing clients with a “One-Stop” shop service model
•    Building excellent working relationships and liaise with internal and external dependents including Clients, Sales, Trading, Credit, Legal and Operations 
•    Utilizing internal systems for workflow management and data storage
•    Liaising with Clients, Front Office, Credit, Legal and Operations as necessary as part of the Verification and Enrichment process

What we’re looking for:

•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
•    Preferably one to three years’ work experience, but those with no experience are also welcome to apply
•    Broad knowledge of the IB structure, functions, and their purpose/scope (Operations/Legal/Front Office/Risk and Regulatory Programme) 
•    Solid grasp of industry regulations including but not limited to MIFD, EMIR, Dodd Frank, UCSM, etc
