This is a 12-hour shift three days each week, with the shift schedule being from 18:30 - 07:00, total of 36 hours per week. RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References. The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $52.38/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $43.55/hr, along with a per diem of $8.83/hr. Work Location: 3700 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN, 47714. Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $41.91/hr. Reward on non local rate: $7.20/hr.

Roles & Responsibilities

• ​​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
