We're looking for an RPA Specialist who can build, deploy, and maintain production automations inside a fast-moving AI-native healthcare platform. This is not a junior support role. You will own your bots end to end, triage failures independently, and integrate automations with external systems without needing hand-holding to get there.
The platform targets one of the most administratively broken industries in the United States, and automation is core to how it delivers care at scale. If you take pride in building reliable systems, communicate clearly when things go wrong, and close loops without being chased, this role is built for you.
Why You'll Want to Join
You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
Direct ownership over production automations that affect real patient care workflows
Work inside a technical team solving meaningful operational problems at scale
What You'll Work On
Bot Development and Deployment
Build, deploy, and maintain automations on a modern GUI-based RPA platform from day one
Develop reusable components and structured workflows that are built to scale
Map current-state processes clearly before building and keep documentation current as things evolve
Design bots with failure in mind so issues are visible, traceable, and debuggable rather than silent
Triage and Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve complex bot failures end to end without escalating prematurely
Isolate root causes quickly by reviewing logs, execution histories, and system outputs
Validate fixes and confirm stability before closing issues
Maintain incident logs and resolution summaries that others can follow and build on
API and Webhook Integrations
Connect automations to external systems using REST APIs and webhooks
Understand request and response patterns and handle failures gracefully
Coordinate with engineering or vendor contacts when integration issues require deeper investigation
Documentation and Process Standards
Keep process maps, bot documentation, and SOPs current as workflows evolve
Build and maintain runbooks that support consistent, repeatable execution
Apply error handling and logging best practices across all builds
What You Bring
2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining automations on a modern RPA platform
Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving bot failures independently end to end
Strong process mapping skills and a habit of keeping documentation current
Solid understanding of API and webhook integrations including error and failure handling
Communication clarity: you distill complex issues into concise, scannable updates that lead with the problem and the next step
High accountability and ownership: you close the loop proactively and do not need to be chased for updates
Strong attention to detail, especially in triage, where misreads cascade quickly
Nice to Have
Experience working in healthcare, healthtech, or a regulated operational environment
Familiarity with platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar
Exposure to AI-assisted or intelligent automation workflows
Basic scripting knowledge in Python or similar languages
Experience using monitoring or observability tools in production environments
How to Apply
Please include:
Your updated resume
A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) walking through a specific automation you built or a bot failure you diagnosed and resolved, what the issue was, how you approached it, and what the outcome was
Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
If you build with reliability in mind, communicate without being prompted, and want to own automation work that directly impacts how healthcare gets delivered, this role gives you the technical depth and the ownership to do your best work.
