Position Available: Sales and Marketing Manager/Specialist Join Our Team! We're looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager/Specialist to join our innovative team at our company, located in Houston. As a pivotal member, you'll spearhead strategies to drive consumer ticket sales while enhancing brand recognition. We're seeking a proactive, creative individual with a hands-on approach to marketing efforts, encompassing various areas such as Ticket Strategy, Promotions, Events, Group Bookings, PR, Advertising, Grassroots Marketing, and Partnerships. This hybrid/remote position offers flexibility, with a base in the Houston area. Core Responsibilities: Develop and implement multi-platform Short & Long-Term marketing plans and budgets to exceed sales goals and elevate brand recognition for our Houston. Create and execute local promotions to boost ticket sales. Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and organizations, including proposal development and pitch efforts. Analyze sales results, market trends, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies. Collaborate with the Digital team to effectively market the Houston location across digital platforms. Lead local advertising and group sales efforts. Support local event sales efforts and oversee PR agency relations. Establish and maintain relationships with local media and industry professionals. Collaborate with the Guest Services team to enhance on-site marketing programs and improve guest experience. Serve as a liaison for Houston area marketing initiatives and represent us at various events. Travel locally as needed for meetings and networking opportunities. Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree 2-4 years of marketing experience in a ticket sales-driven property or luxury hospitality setting Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partnerships Experience in group sales or private event sales is advantageous Qualifications & Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit and strong initiative for exceeding goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and presentation abilities Proficiency in budget management and collaboration tools Knowledge of the tourism/attraction/entertainment space, with specific expertise in Houston marketing Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
