Job Description - Sales Project Manager - Discovery & Scoping

We are a software development company based in Wrocław. Our team of 130+ professionals has delivered over 390 custom web and mobile solutions for clients across fintech, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and other industries worldwide.

We are looking for a Sales Project Manager to join our Growth Team and take ownership of the early project phase - from the first conversation with a potential client to contract signing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping project scope, coordinating discovery, and ensuring every opportunity is clearly defined, realistically estimated, and ready for delivery before development begins.

What You’ll Do

  • Leading discovery and scoping conversations with inbound leads and potential clients
  • Translating business needs into clear project scope, assumptions, and high-level technical solutions
  • Coordinating with Technical Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts to prepare accurate software solutions estimates
  • Preparing and presenting project proposals (scope, timeline, budget, delivery approach)
  • Supporting contract negotiations and guiding projects through the final decision stage

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with software development projects in a pre-sales, project management, delivery, or consulting role (Software House or IT consultancy preferred)
  • A solid understanding of how web and mobile applications are built and delivered
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in Polish and English (C1+)
