Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

l  Facilitate
Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint
Retrospective

l  Coach
teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values

l  Remove
impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress

l  Foster
a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation

l  Collaborate
with Product Owners to ensure clear product backlog and prioritization

l   Work with development teams to ensure
understanding of Scrum practices and principles

l  Monitor
and report on team velocity, burn-down, and other relevant metrics

l  Identify
and implement process improvements

l  Facilitate
conflict resolution and team building activities

l  Ensure
Scrum framework is followed, and best practices are implementedRequirements:

Requirements

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a
Scrum Master or in a similar role

- Certified Scrum Master
(CSM) or equivalent certification

- Strong understanding of
Scrum framework, principles, and practices

- Excellent communication,
facilitation, and coaching skills

- Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

- Experience with Agile
project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)

Nice to Have:

- Experience with scaling
Scrum frameworks (e.g., LeSS, SAFe)

- Knowledge of Kanban
principles and practices

- Experience with DevOps
practices and tools
