Senior Manager, Supply Chain Logistics

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of bulk drug movement, including coordination with warehouses, logistics carriers, and customs brokers.
Ensure safe and timely delivery of products, maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supply chain practices for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Implement and enhance transportation and storage protocols.
Manage import/export processes, ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements.
Act as a liaison with technical operations for distribution order management and resolution of supply challenges.
Identify and implement solutions to enhance supply chain quality and efficiency.
Monitor and report on operational metrics to senior management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, GDP).
Experience with logistics management for clinical and/or commercial products.
Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
