Senior Marketing Associate

About the role
NNN Pro, the market leading commercial real estate net lease investment sales team in the country, is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Associate for its rapidly growing team. NNN Pro was formed more than 20 years ago, has sold/closed more than $33 billion of net leased real estate, and includes more than 100 team members located across the country. Attention to detail, writing skills, communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a rigorous work ethic are needed to be successful in this role. Responsibilities:

• Manage OM / BOV creation pipeline
  • Assigning OM / BOV to analysts / interns 
  • Maintaining Concept Overview / Market Overview Database 
  • Ordering Property Photos / Drone Photos 
  • Managing Retail Aerials / Outsource Company 
  • Assisting analysts/associates with Figma issues 
  • Reviewing / Maintaining OM / BOV design standards 
  • Occasionally Preparing an OM / BOV 
  • Assisting with google sheet issues 
  • Updating logo database 
  • Acting as go to outlet for anything OM/BOV/Figma related 
  • Assisting with one-off/unique Figma Requests 
  • Account Specific Slides/Overviews 
  • Additional Slides (Tenant in the News; New Developments in the Area; Comps slide, etc.) 
  • Maintaining OM tracker, deadlines, prioritization 
• Assisting with installation of proper plugins for Figma Users 
• Updating Figma Best Practices / Guideline notes 
• Assigning Figma Access to New Users 
• Creation of listing email flyers (TBD)

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years relevant marketing experience
• 2 years Commercial Real Estate marketing experience
• Bachelors Degree

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of real estate fundamentals
• Past experience with Salesforce
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills and strong attention to detail
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment

Below we've reflected the base salary range we would offer for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. $70k - $100k.

This job may also be eligible for variable compensation in the form of a company incentive bonus.
