What you'll do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing coaching, insights, and solutions that align people strategies with business goals.
- Partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs, support organizational design, and drive succession planning.
- Facilitate leadership discussions on talent, performance, and engagement to influence decision-making and drive accountability.
- Collaborate with partners across the People Team to design and deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs & enhance the employee experience across moments that matter.
- Collaborate with leaders and People Development to identify and address skill gaps, develop future leaders, and equip managers to lead engaged, high-performing teams.
- Support company-wide and department-specific performance processes (e.g., performance management, annual reviews, job leveling, etc. ) by advising leaders on feedback, calibration, and development planning.
- Leverage data and people analytics to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and influence talent decisions.
- Partner with People Systems to implement technology and AI-enabled tools that enhance programs, streamline our people processes, and improve the employee experience.
- Guide leaders and teams through organizational change, ensuring clear communication, resilience, and alignment to our culture and values.
- Execute engagement surveys for assigned departments, including launch, driving participation, results analysis, and debriefs.
- Manage aspects of the employee lifecycle (eg, onboarding, compensation, employee changes, and offboarding) for assigned departments, ensuring an outstanding and consistent employee experience.
- Coordinate administrative processes related to employee changes, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
- Provide timely, compliant, and thoughtful support on complex employee relations matters, escalating when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with the People Team to ensure alignment on priorities, consistency of approach, and effective delivery of initiatives.
- Share insights, best practices, and resources with People Team peers to support collective growth and impact.
- Contribute to team rituals, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts that raise the bar on employee experience.
What you should have:
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations/Talent experience, including at least 4 years of experience as a People Partner/HR Business Partner in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Expertise in performance management, change management, talent development, HR/people operations, and employee relations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make appropriate recommendations for action.
- Ability to confidently and effectively communicate with all levels of employees, including executives, in one-to-one and group settings.
- Skilled in facilitating group meetings in a way that engages and drives action.
- Action-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a focus on results.
- Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Skilled and experienced in leading client groups through change using best practices in change management.
- Ability to navigate cultural and business nuances/sensitivities to promote high performance, employee engagement, and inclusion.
- Outstanding influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills in a fully remote or hybrid environment.
- Able to interpret people and business data, identify trends, and use insights to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Experience leveraging HR systems, tools, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance programs, improve efficiency, and elevate the employee experience.
- Proven track record collaborating effectively across multiple People functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Operations, Compensation, Systems) to deliver integrated solutions to the business.
