Job Description - Services Delivery Manager

As the representative of the client engagement practice within Insight's Managed Services organization, you'll ensure a positive client experience by aligning service offerings into a unified, effective client experience. You'll also bridge gaps between contracted service entitlements and clients' expectations for service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Managed Service entitlements are delivered to an assigned portfolio of Connected Workforce clientele.
  • Act as the virtual representative of Client Delivery Management supporting mid-market and commercial segment accounts.
  • Foster and maintain key client stakeholder relationships.
  • Keep client records and data within ServiceNow.
  • Engage clients in the Voice-of-the-Customer program.
  • Assess gaps in client acceptance/adoption of Insight service offerings.
  • Monitor for contract renewal and expansion opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed:
