The Signage and Experiential Brand Advisor will serve as a brand steward withinthe organization, elevating and supporting the brand narrative and identity throughout our worksites. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of signage, ADA, fabrication methods, construction processes, large-format graphics, placemaking, environmental and experiential branding. Responsibilities: The Signage and Experiential Brand Advisor position will understand and set worksite brand standards while encouraging flexibility within our branding framework.

• Operate as a subject matter expert on all aspects of our signage and worksite branding guidelines for The Cigna Group, Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services.
• You will set and evolve the standards and guidelines where there are gaps in partnership with agencies and consultants.
• Act as a brand expert for all worksites covering both interior and exterior signage, worksite identify, placemaking, wall art, and more.
• Implement worksite application including making standard designs and specifications available for our Real Estate partners to fabricate and install at the appropriate locations.
• Identify and manage key agency and consultant partners for both design and technical specification for our kit-of-parts.
• Partner with Real Estate to ensure they have the resources needed to implement across our global worksite portfolio.
• Partner with Brand leadership to support process impacts for emerging programs and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Create guidelines and directives.

Qualifications should include: To be considered, you must be highly motivated, driven to succeed, have proven leadership skills and have demonstrated expertise in a highly matrixed environment. You are an accomplishedBrand leader who can motivate change as well as a strategic thinker who understands the big picture.

• 5 + years of signage and worksite brand experience, including fabrication methods, construction processes, large format graphics, placemaking, environmental and experiential components.
• Well-honed communication skills, enabling the partnership with others to effectively inform and influence while building trust.
• Understanding of building and ADA codes.
• Experienced in anticipating, understanding, and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experienced project management to successfully manage multiple priorities and execute with ambiguity.
• Experience in managing agencies and consultants.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative group.
• Excellent communicator both written and oral.
• Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of Adobe InDesign, including template utilization
• Effective under pressure.
• Ability to work from a Cigna office 3 days a week, as requested by the business
