• Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, aiming for complete satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and service requests in our CRM system.

• Engage in regular training to stay updated on products, services, and industry standards.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); English proficiency is highly valued.
• Experience in customer service, support roles, or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications is preferred.
