Staff and Development Coordinator

Staff and Development Coordinator We are looking for a Coordinator that will lead facility wide staff development programs and initiatives, working collaboratively with HR and other management personnel to accomplish training and continuing education objectives. Coordinator will also champion quality assurance initiatives, particularly within Health Services. He/she will attend huddles, collaborate with the Infection Preventionist and advise Administration on areas of Risk Management. Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia
• Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, stable emotional health, good physical health, knowledge of the aging process, and have experience in a long term care nursing facility, preferably a continuing care retirement community.
