Job Summary

The System and Data Analys t is responsible for managing and analyzing data related to the conference and meeting services provided at the corporate pharmaceutical campus. This role ensures effective data collection, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making and optimize the utilization of conference and meeting facilities.

 
Primary Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain efficient data collection processes for conference and meeting room bookings, attendance, resource utilization, and associated costs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and inefficiencies in conference and meeting room usage.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• System Administration and Automation:
  • Administer and maintain the conference and meeting room booking system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Develop and implement automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to streamline data management.
  • Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Process Improvement and Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and procedures related to conference and meeting services.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate best practices.
• Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the conference and meeting room booking system and related processes.
  • Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials to ensure effective system utilization.
• Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, implementing appropriate measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain data integrity and secure access controls.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey data insights.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management practices.
• Familiarity with conference and meeting room booking systems or related software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
