Tax Manager (Accounting / Tax Audit / Management / Fast Tax)

• Preparation of various tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities
• Conducting reviews of financial statements
• Performing research to address clients' tax challenges, ranging from basic to intermediate complexity
• Cultivating internal relationships to nurture a culture of collaboration and teamwork
• Ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience
• Contributing to the success of clients' organizations
• Mentoring staff associates and interns as they embark on their careers in public accounting

Requirements

• 1-5 years of pertinent tax experience in either public accounting or industry
• Preferably hold a CPA license
• Previous accounting experience is advantageous. Experience in tax returns and audit work is a must
• Exceptional client service and communication abilities
• Eagerness to devise innovative business solutions within a team-oriented setting
