Your Opportunity

  • Serve as the primary support liaison between Roche and customers, handling complex technical issues related to chemistry and immunochemistry laboratory equipment usage, software, and diagnostic applications.

  • Provide phone and online support, independently managing the resolution of technical problems for tissue products.

  • Track and maintain records in compliance with Roche Quality and FDA requirements.

  • Develop and promote loyal business relationships, acting as a technical resource for internal sales and marketing partners.

  • Work in the Roche Support Network Customer Support Center, which operates 24/7, including 3rd shift schedules on a quarterly basis.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent military training) in medical or STEM with 2 years of related experience. Or Associates plus equivalent field service or CSC experience. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced Histotechnologist or similar laboratory experience

  • Knowledge of Roche Tissue/Histology Stainers

  • Availability and willingness to work evening shift and/or weekend hours
