Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ONSITE with our customer in Huntsville, AL . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• The Client Land Electronics business provides C41 Network computing and integrated situational awareness, as well as state-of-the-art embedded diagnostics, vehicle power management, and combat vehicle integration products and services.
• Performs basic assembly functions, which may include: preparation of product for assembly, mechanical, harness, cable, printed circuit board sub-assemblies, spray application, and visual inspection of products or sub-assemblies, utilizing work instructions, models, and-or drawings.
• Performs very simple assemblies and hardware installation of screws, washers, and nuts, processing a basic understanding of build documentation.
• Performs pull-test and verify tooling, using hand tools and torque wrenches.
• Interprets work instructions & assembles multiple units in an assembly process.
• Performs basic troubleshooting.
• Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures including those which govern the handling of materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment (WHMIS).
• Supports, communicates, reinforces, and defends the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
• May be required to perform more specialized manufacturing duties such as wire prep, auto bond, and sleeving.

• Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour
• Hours: 40 Hours/Week, 1st Shift, 9x80 (M-F with every other Friday off)
• Length: Temporary (4 months)

Job Requirements

Here's what requirements you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with assembly in the defense/aerospace industry

Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer:

• Experience with assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating basic hand tools and pneumatic tools.
• Experience reading and interpreting manufacturing documentation including but not limited to routers, parts lists, and work instructions.
• Being a self-starter and demonstrating good decision-making ability.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
