• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8 Hour Days
• Hours Per Week: 40

Job Requirements:

• Required Skills:
• Education: Masters' Degree
• 2+ years' experience in Acute Care Case Management
• LISW, LICSW, LGSW, LSWA
