The Opportunity
DescriptionWe're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Houston, Texas, United States.
- Build rapport with members, providing a full conciergeservice that includes everything from assistance with selecting the propertreatment locations.
- Utilize the script pathway to educate members onfacilities, screening options, and alternative treatments, and ask follow-upquestions to determine their best options.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to schedulingappointments and appointment confirmations.
- Consistently multitask and conduct research on each case,toggling through various applications on multiple screens.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 1+ year previous experience in a contact center settingon outbound calls or dialer experience ideally preferred, and or telephonicsales experience.

- Computer skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Web-exTeams (Internal) skills.
- Must be able to type more than 30 words per minute.
- Customer Service Skills (history of customer service experience)preferred.
