Duties:
- Supporting the recruitment by sourcing candidatess and interviewing
- Contacting references and performing background checks
- Hiring or referring qualified applicants
- Assisting with new hire orientation
- Assist with onboarding
- Perform orientations, and onboarding, with new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience in human resources
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Strong ability in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS software
- In depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Familiarity with recruiting and hiring best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
