Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and lead outlet store team with “ownership” and professionalism with a focus on sales, service, and merchandising.
• Ensures proper scheduling of personnel and entry into Kronos time-keeping system; including entering missed punches and vacation/PTO requests.
• Performs all shipping duties including dispersing route returns, production overages and cripples
• Orders Point of Sales supplies as needed and/or requested
• Fills in for Outlet Coordinator during absence
• Travels to various outlet locations to perform resets and setting up new stores or relocations.
• Ensure professional appearance, dress, and conduct of outlet store team.
• Monitors and ensures all customer transactions are completed in a professional, friendly and prompt manner
• Effective communication
  • Clear and concise communications among staff, sales team, and customers.
  • Maintain and train proper lines of communication.
• Orders for special events. (ie. Bloomsday)
• Responsible for monitoring and managing proper cash handling, including daily settlements, bank deposits and change orders in the absence of the Outlet Store Manager
• Training of new hires according to SOP’s.
• Merchandising of shelves with fresh product when needed.
• Compliant handling of outdated product.
• Promotes and follows safety program.
• Maintains internal and external store appearance.
• Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
