Position Summary:


As the Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Employee Specialists dedicated to the recruitment and hiring of caregivers. The Full Recruiter will oversee the hiring process for administrative staff. This position will involve overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, to ensure we attract and retain compassionate and skilled caregivers and support staff who can deliver exceptional care to our clients and workforce.

Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to prepare for a job position to gain a solid understanding of not only the skills and educational requirements, but also to determine the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate for the specific team.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical positions, administrative positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, and onboarding.

  • Source and screen candidates, interview, set up interviews for hiring managers, administer assessments, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers.

  • Lead and manage a team of employee specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

  • Set performance goals and objectives for the team, and regularly assess and provide feedback on their performance.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for clinical positions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical recruitment and incorporate them into the recruitment strategy.

  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.

  • Develop and track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

  • Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.

  • Regularly communicate recruitment metrics and progress to the management team.

  • Attend career fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to promote the company and engage with potential candidates.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on clinical positions.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
