Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cash management, financial reporting, and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Treasury Senior Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or treasury roles, with at least 2 years in a senior-level position.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and financial reporting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Oracle/NetSuite experience = major plus.

Treasury Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Execute treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and liquidity management.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to optimize treasury operations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the treasury function.
