- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Design and maintain database structures and schemas to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create advanced Excel models and spreadsheets to summarize and visualize data for reporting purposes.
- Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports to communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SSIS for data integration and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SQL Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on SQL and T-SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report development and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling is a plus.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar are desirable.
