Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships and capturing opportunities with potential Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and other federal government customers. Working closely with the executive leadership team and with the Strategy & Growth team, the Business Development Manager has the lead in the development of new business relationships and opportunities that supports OWT Global’s overall growth strategy. The selected candidate is integral to establishing trusted relationships between OWT Global personnel and their peers throughout industry and government. The Business Development Manager identifies strategic opportunities and oversees the bid strategies, teaming agreements, pricing and proposal strategy, and execution. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with OWT Global Directors and Program Managers to actively manage the opportunity pipeline and smartly move opportunities through informed stages of capture. It is expected that the Business Development Manager will coach and lead OWT Global peers through capture and proposal processes and stages.
