We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Fountainville, Pennsylvania office.

A qualified applicant will have:

• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Management experience
• Customer service experience
• Be available to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
• Must have outbound calling Experience

Job duties include:
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Customer Service
• Manage sales reps schedules
• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
