About the Role: Join our team as an Account Executive and become a pivotal player in showcasing how the Odoo platform can cater to diverse business needs. You'll engage in a consultative approach, delving deep into client requirements to demonstrate the versatility and efficacy of Odoo's solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you'll drive the adoption of Odoo's SaaS offerings, strategically aligning them with businesses' objectives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with fellow Account Executives to drive the growth and adoption of Odoo's SaaS solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, from inbound conversion to post-sale account management for upselling opportunities. Act as a solution engineer, meticulously analyzing prospects' business operations to tailor Odoo implementation packages for demonstration. Leverage your expertise to sell our diverse SaaS offerings across various industries within the American region. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the sales process and optimize outcomes. Meet revenue targets in this quota-carrying role. Participate in team reviews and contribute to business progress updates and best practice sharing sessions. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of business operations. Familiarity with software providers across different verticals. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, think critically, and communicate effectively. Results-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to achieving objectives. Creative thinker and strategist, adept at innovative problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Nice to Have: 2+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider. Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
