Inside Sales Representative

About the Job

Vice Golf is a digital native performance golf brand with a full-range offering. Due to our rapid international growth, we are looking for a team member to support our international sales and customer care team. Together, we ensure that after our golf club launch this spring, our customers from DTC (customer care part) and B2B (Green Grass and off-course Specialty Retail) get all necessary information and support in their buying decision.

Your Fairway

• Support our B2B team (sales reps and green grass accounts) to grow and assist them with golf club-specific questions.
• Identify and qualify potential new leads for the US B2B sales team and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales reps via phone and email.
• Enjoy talking to our DTC customers about golf as well as helping them with, for example, order processing and shipping questions.
• Responsible for generating sales from call-back requests from our website for all golf club and golf club fitting related questions (phone fittings)

Your Scorecard

• Good golfing knowledge when it comes to golf club fitting (being able to answer those golf nerd questions is an asset).
• Good soft skills for the phone and email (friendliness and patience are great assets to have not just on the golf course).
• Knowledge of email systems like Zendesk and shop systems like Shopify is a plus.
