About You:
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, blue collar or skilled trades environment.
• A strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration and offboarding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for building positive employee relations.
What You'll Do:
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top blue-collar talent.
• Conduct applicant screenings, interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Onboard new hires and ensure they have the resources to succeed.
• Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
