Responsibilities:

• Provide healthcare services to students attending summer programs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to school policies and protocols.
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions and provide necessary support and interventions.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate first aid as needed.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to address student health needs effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred.
• Strong assessment and communication skills for effective healthcare delivery in a school setting.
