Job Description: We are seeking ambitious, motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as a Life Insurance Agent. What will you be doing:

• Schedule an appointment with the people who requested us to call them
• Effectively engage and build rapport with clients quickly
• Must be able to complete policy enrollment through E-application
• Assist clients to determine which program best fits their needs and budget.
• Close sales and complete transactions accurately
• Ask for referrals and help with other needs for the client
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques to enhance your performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients remotely.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to serve and succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
• Active life insurance license required(we will help you through this process)​​
