Job Description
- Responsible for improving processes in a rubber injection molding operation
- Will drive improvements around the plant including improving automation of equipment, reducing scrap, reducing costs, and implement new processes
- Will be involved in the design and development of tooling, automation of equipment, and troubleshooting processes
Key Requirements
- 1+ year of experience
- Floor driven
- CAD experience is a must
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is preferred
