Process Supervisor - Generous Compensation

The primary responsibility of this position includes oversight and leadership of a regional processing room. Must be organized, be able to follow standard operating procedures, and have supervised staff in previous positions. Central tasks include the tracking of all cash items originating in or returning to the specific processing site, review of daily vault balance and inventory, upkeep of schedule including PTO and timecard approval, investigation and reconciliation of variances, and ensuring day to day operations, including proper SOP in all processes.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day oversight of a regional processing department
• Daily approval of employee timecards
• Complete daily balances of vault inventory, cash movement, and report all variances found within processes
• Independently resolve discrepancies and irregularities
• Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met

Qualifications:

• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
