DESCRIPTION

Sr. ISV Enablement leader, AWS Marketplace.

AWS Marketplace is looking for Senior Enablement leader to own the development and build of AWS Marketplace Tech. Partners Enablement journey. This role will focus on building scalable new enablement initiatives that are designed around the AWS Marketplace partner’s business model with a deep understanding of the partner’s profitability model and economics. This role will also be responsible for articulating the value proposition for internal and external audience of why partners should invest in AWS Marketplace and have their products and services listed on AWS Marketplace.

Key job responsibilities
Further develop the channel incentive programs with focus adoption and revenue growth.

Define and drive goals around new partner recruitment and growing Tech. partner success on AWS Marketplace.

Define and deliver large scale cloud transformation enablement initiatives for Tech Partners partners and have the technical depth and breadth to work closely with the Product, Engineering and Professional Services teams.

Developing programmatic approaches for global scaling, a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics bias, a deep understanding of ISVs and Tech partners

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
