Warehouse Receiving Coordinator - Hiring Urgently

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for moving and organizing product, inspecting shipments to ensure quality, and accurately entering data into the system and will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Receiving Core Responsibilities:

• Unload and unpack products from incoming shipments, including customer returns
• Utilize forklift daily
• Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities
• Report and document damages or shortages to the appropriate person and paperwork
• Match shipments to their associated purchase orders or RMA
• Data entry of receiving paperwork in the company database
• Organize and put away received stock for inventory or storage
• Organize and move products in the warehouse to maintain high standard and efficiency
• Manage and return wrong shipments
• Conduct inventory cycle counts as assigned
• Other duties as assigned (such as order filling)

Manufacturing Core Responsibilities:

• Process manufacturing orders via company data base
• Supply material and paperwork to work station per production schedule
• Inspect completed manufacturing orders for damages and correct quantities
• Organize and put away received stock for inventory
• Record data in company database
• Replenish stock levels in assembly location

Qualifications:

• Data entry and computer skills
• At least two years of warehousing/receiving experience using WMS
• Must be forklift certified and have at least two years of experience on sit-down forklift
• Basic math skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to work with others

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis
• Must be able to kneel, stoop, bend, and twist on a daily basis
• Must be able to stand for extended period of time on a daily basis
