The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for various responsibilities across the board in the HR department. Maintaining all employee records current, local recruiting, assisting with onboarding, assisting with employees’ timecards, and offering administrative support to all employees are a few of these duties. As an HR Coordinator, you will assist our employees in our Granbury, TX site with various human resource procedures and respond to inquiries as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1.Assist in conducting new hire Onboarding for onsite employees.
2.Assist with recruiting and interviewing process. Check candidates references as needed. Work with local recruiting agencies to fill roles.
3.Work with the supervisors/managers on site in reviewing the employees’ timecards for accuracy and making sure managers are approving in a timely manner.
4.Identifying employees needs and assist as needed.
5.Keeping process paperwork and employment records up to date.
6.Performs other related duties as assigned.
- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
- Exceptional time management skills preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- 2+ years of human resources experience
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Skilled in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
