Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

Job Role:

  • Optimize ERP system
  • Manages and oversees overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials
  • Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
  • Manage material requirements/forecast material needs
  • Negotiate shipping contracts
  • Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service
  • Design, implement, and oversee product take back or reverse logistics programs to ensure products are recycled, reused, or responsibly disposed
  • Must adhere to health and safety procedures, and all workplace policies
  • Other responsibilities/duties as assigned

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics preferred
  • Proficient understanding of all levels of supply chain processes
  • Supervisory/managerial experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Analytical mindset coupled with the ability to make good judgments and quick decisions
  • Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organizational and management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Job Type:

  • Exempt, full time

Regular Hours of Work:

Normal Business Hours 7:00AM – 4:00PM, Mon-Fri; Weekends, Holidays and work hours as scheduled by Management.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Combination of indoor and outdoor activities with varying conditions
  • Requires walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, bending, reaching, handling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • May involve operating material handling equipment in a safe manner
  • Work may include exposure to variable noise levels, fumes, airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, etc., requiring personal protective equipment
  • Some positions may require working with small parts/components, necessitating excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
