Beard Factor by JR is a fast-growing company that creates high-quality beard products for men. With our focus on natural ingredients and exceptional customer service, we have become a leading brand in the grooming industry. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Assistant Customer Experience Manager to join our team and help us provide the best experience for our customers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Customer Experience Manager to assist in overseeing all aspects of customer service and satisfaction at Beard Factor by JR. This role will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the customer service team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and respond to all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain and update customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements to products and services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Help develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
- Assist in managing customer service metrics and provide regular reports to the Customer Experience Manager
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and make recommendations for process improvements
- Assist in managing customer service software and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity of the team
- Handle escalated customer issues and conflicts with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
- A year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team and providing coaching and constructive feedback
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Knowledge and understanding of customer service software and tools
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge and interest in the grooming industry is a plus
