Strong Integrated Behavioral Health is looking for a Email & Chat Support Representative to join our team, Chat agents communicate with customers through live chat or email to answer questions, solve problems, and troubleshoot. 

You will work for businesses by typing live chat messages on their website or social media accounts. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere. What you will be doing: As a live chat customer support associate, you will be paid to type live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform other tasks as required by the client.
• Assist customers via email and chat, identifying and resolving problems.
• Regularly aim to improve the quality of customer interactions.
