Call Center Associate

Job Description:

ABM Industries is seeking a passionate and driven Call Center Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide information and assistance - Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure high quality customer service - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Innovative problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to adapt to changing situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
