Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Chevron is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team at our office in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and possess strong critical thinking and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information - Assist with resolving client issues and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary - Provide product information and recommendations to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to build strong relationships and identify potential opportunities for upselling

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
