Job Description - Live Chat Manager


Job Description:


LifePoint Health is seeking a dedicated and independent Live Chat Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the live chat support team. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase chat engagement and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy of responses. 4. Train and mentor chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service. 5. Analyze chat data and provide insights to improve overall performance. 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the chat experience. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve chat operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions. 5. Emotional intelligence to navigate difficult conversations and situations. 6. Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management systems. 7. Knowledge of healthcare industry a plus.
