Job Description - Online Client Support Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team at Masco in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in online client support and management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online client support operations 2. Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention 3. Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and concerns 4. Monitor client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve services 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience 6. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in client support 7. Train and mentor junior staff members in client support best practices 8. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field 2. Proven track record of at least 7 years in online client support management 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Independent and dedicated work ethic 5. Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively 6. Excellent cooperation and collaboration skills 7. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
